Description
When getting off your cruise you will be picked up at the port by our guide, holding a sign with the Shorex logo.
During this excursion we will go back in time, 4000 years, no less, to the time of the oldest civilization in Europe, the Minoan.
The Minoan Palace of Knossos, center of the Minoan civilization, will leave us speechless and we will discover the most emblematic architecture of that period.
After this fascinating tour, we will board to our bus to go to the city of Heraklion, capital and business center of Crete, picturesque and lively place. We will take a panoramic tour by bus through the city and through the Venetian port, where we will see the Byzantine Church of San Tito and the Plaza de los Leones with the source of Morosini origin.
In Heraklion we can enjoy a guided tour through the extraordinary Archaeological Museum, to see unique elements of the Minoan culture, or spend some free time in the city strolling through its central streets.
At the end of the tour, return to the port for the farewell.
